  • Publication number: 20230130301
Abstract: The current invention provides an enclosure that can be placed over a patient in order to contain bodily fluids. The device includes a clear plastic sheet that fits snugly over a frame. The sides of the device contain access ports for physicians or their instruments to enter the patient’s area. These ports may be holes or hanging strips of sheet that overlap so that they form a sufficient seal while also allowing easy access to the patient when pushed aside. The bottoms of the sheet may contain weights to hold the sheet down. There is the possibility of including filters or positive/negative air flow ports. The entire device may be disposable. The frame may be solid, or the frame may pop open like an enclosure or umbrella. The device may also have straps that can be tightened underneath the bed or stretcher to secure the entire device in place.

  • Patent number: 10262263
Abstract: A system, method and computer program product for evaluating a user's database (db) design schema and definitions syntax and generating a database score according to applied decision tree logic. The database design syntax is automatically evaluated and decision tree logic is applied to determine a context of the database design object and associated syntax and definitions statements. As a result of the automated evaluation, users may then obtain, via a user interface device, a detailed context information associated with their design to assist them in understanding how their database score was derived. By using this detailed contextual information, users analyze the results and can understand what changes can be made to improve their definitions Database Score. The system and method increases the ability of the user to create better database definitions by learning and improving using the contextual data returned.

  • Patent number: 9582526
Abstract: A mechanism is provided in a data processing system for optimizing a database definition of an existing database. The mechanism receives usage data for the existing database. The mechanism queries a knowledgebase for information about database objects of the existing database. The mechanism executes optimization logic to generate a set of database commands based on the usage data and information about database objects. The set of database commands, when executed against a database definition of the existing database, optimize one or more database objects of the existing database. The mechanism returns the set of optimization commands.

  • Patent number: 9449184
Abstract: An embodiment of the invention provides a method for controlling access to content in a social networking website, wherein a connection is established between a first user and a second user on the social networking website. Content on the profile pages of the first user is categorized into a first content category and a second content category. The first content category includes content created before the connection between the first user and the second user was established. The second content category includes content created after the connection between the first user and the second user was established. Content in the first content category is also categorized into a first subcategory and at least one second subcategory. Access by the second user is restricted to the first content category. Specifically, the second user is prevented from viewing content in the first subcategory and permitted to view content in the second subcategory.
