  • Publication number: 20170083961
Abstract: A system and method are presented to activate a real estate searching app on a mobile device through the input of an activation code. The code is associated in a database at a remote server with a first real estate professional. When the code is entered, the mobile device sends to the server the code and the current geographic location of the device. The server verifies the code to allow access to the app. The server uses the database to identify the first real estate professionals and also other professionals associated in the database with the first real estate professional. All of the identified professionals are then marketed on the mobile app. Furthermore, the server compares the time and location of the code entry with marketing events by the first professional in order to analyze the effectiveness of these marketing events.

  • Publication number: 20160283517
Abstract: A computerized system and method uses a central server to aggregate data from a plurality of data sources and presents such data to potential property purchasers. Users are assigned a dedicated e-mail address that is associated with their user account at the central server. Users can then review unaffiliated property search websites to discover information about a property. Using the sharing mechanism built into the property search website, an e-mail identifying the property is sent to the dedicated e-mail address. This e-mail may contain user comments or other useful data from the property search website A server receives the e-mail, identifies the property from the e-mail, extracts information from the e-mail, and stores this information in a central database. The property identifier can be used to extract additional information from other locations. Users can then view aggregated data through a user interface presented by the central server.

  • Publication number: 20140222620
Abstract: A computerized system and method is presented that integrates a dedicated platform for sharing real estate information with a social networking platform. Buyers can search for properties on the dedicated platform and identify certain properties as favorite (or selected) properties. The buyer also identifies their friends on a social networking platform, who then access information about the buyer's favorite properties through an app interface provided through the social networking platform. Friends and the buyer can engage in a conversation about a particular property along with an agent and a lender that work with the buyer on the dedicated platform. Users can participate in and view the conversation either through the app interface of the social networking platform or through the dedicated platform.

  • Patent number: 3988698
Abstract: Plasma tube for gas lasers including an elongate cylindrical glass envelope closed at one end with a conductive metal anode disc and at the other with a metal cathode disc, each of which has been intimately fused with the envelope. The envelope carries an internally mounted capillary having a bore for confining a discharge within the tube, the capillary being supported by a flange member connected between the capillary and the envelope. Each disc has a centrally located aperture which is aligned with the capillary bore, each aperture being closed by a suitable reflector for defining an optical cavity. Fine tuning of the cavity is accomplished by incremental deformation of one or both of the discs.
