A lock member on the keeper plate interfaces the slot in the block. The keeper plate is moveable between an unlocked position, where the lock member is outside of the slot of the block and the open channels are not aligned with the pipe holes of the block; and a locked position, rotated relative to the unlocked position, where the lock member of the keeper plate is within the slot of the block, and the open channels of the keeper plate are aligned with the pipe holes of the block.
