  • Patent number: 10702080
Abstract: The present invention relates to a system of support and inserts for an equipment of the type of a buffet station, in which the supporting elements have a design that allows their combination to accommodate a set of inserts in a wide variety of configurations inside a well of a conventional buffet equipment, which allows the same equipment to be adapted according to different food presentation requirements. The elements that constitute the system of support and inserts for an equipment of the type of a buffet station of the invention, are: a) a set of main and intermediate supporting rods that provide support and prevent the sliding of the inserts, and b) a set of inserts of various dimensions that can be configured to cover the entire well; these inserts have a tab designed to be coupled to the supporting bars and avoid displacements perpendicular to the bar.

  • Publication number: 20190105686
Abstract: A process for coating a surface of a nonferrous metallic article with a bi-layer polymeric coating, said method comprising: 1) Subjecting the surface of a nonferrous metal article to a chemical washing; 2) Heating the article whose surface will be coated, to a temperature higher than the melting temperature of the selected polymer and lower than the ignition temperature thereof; 3) Apply the first coating layer, with a polymer size of particle of less than or equal to 20 mesh, keeping constant the substrate temperature; 4) Applying a second coating layer of plastic on the first coating layer, after the first layer has adhered to the substrate surface, where the second layer can be the same or different polymer, with a particle size equal to or less than 20 mesh; 5) Heating further the ensemble of substrate and bi-layer coating to a temperature higher than the selected at step 2, but lower than the ignition temperature of the coating and, 6) Cooling the thus coated substrate to room temperature.

Abstract: The present invention relates to a method for coating a surface of a nonferrous metallic substrate, with a bilayer polymeric coating, said method comprising: 1) Subjecting the surface of a nonferrous metal object to a chemical washing; 2) Heating the article whose surface will be coated, to a temperature higher than the melting temperature of the selected polymer and lower than the ignition temperature thereof; 3) Apply the first layer, with a size of less than or equal to 20 mesh particle, constantly keeping the substrate temperature; 4) Applying a second layer of plastic coating on the first coating layer, after the first layer has adhered to the substrate surface, where the second layer can be the same or different polymer, with a particle size equal to or less 20 mesh; 5) Heating further the set of substrate and bilayer coating to a temperature higher than the selected at step 2, but lower than the ignition temperature of the coating and 6) Cooling the thus coated substrate to room temperature.
