The cross bar locking device includes a link, which is movably provided in the cross bar and has protrusion pins, and locking members, which are coupled to respective ends of the link so as to be axially movable. The locking member has a locking protrusion, to be locked to the corresponding locking hole of the associated side rail, and a plurality of protrusion pins. The cross bar locking device further includes levers, which are rotatably coupled to respective ends of the cross bar by a hinge. An operating slot is formed in each lever so that the protrusion pins of the corresponding locking member and the link are inserted into the operating slot. Movement guide slots are formed in the lever and communicate with the operating slot.

The method includes analyzing a captured image with histograms of red, green, and blue channels and a histogram of a gray channel; determining whether the histogram of the RGB channels and the histogram of the gray channel overlap over a predetermined percentage; measuring each color distribution average value of the RGB channels when the histogram of the RGB channels and the histogram of the gray channel overlap over a predetermined percentage; and performing color temperature correction using the color distribution average value measured in each of the RGB channels.

Abstract: The present invention relates to a variable apparatus for separating oil from blow-by gas in an engine. More particularly, the variable apparatus of the present invention is installed in a baffle compartment of a cylinder head cover of the engine, and includes a partition wall (10), a cover (20) and an elastic member (30) that elastically supports the cover (20), thus separating oil from blow-by gas generated in the engine. The variable apparatus having the above-mentioned construction actively responds to the flow speed of the blow-by gas, thus markedly enhancing the ability to separate oil from blow-by gas even when the engine is operating at high speed.

Abstract: A mobile communication terminal that enables automatic registration of a schedule using a received text message, and a schedule managing method therein are provided. The method includes determining, upon reception of a text message having a body, whether a date is included in the body of the text message extracting, when at least one date is included in the body of the text message, the included date from the body of the text message and registering a schedule when the extracted date is a schedule execution date and the body of the text message is related to the schedule. Accordingly, convenience for a user can be improved by registering a schedule directly using a received text message without inputting the content of the schedule by the user.

The frame panel includes a panel body having a front plate and a rear plate, which are integrally formed as a single body through a blowing process. Abstract: A portable terminal having input and display units used in a controlled manner according to a hinge unit for rotating bodies to expose/hide the units, as well as a method for controlling the portable terminal, are provided. The portable terminal has two display units and two input units adapted so that the display units selectively match the input units according to rotation of the bodies, and the method is adapted to control the portable terminal. The display units are operated based on each function so that they are more suited to multimedia environments, and the input units can be selectively used by the user for convenient use based on respective functions.

Abstract: Disclosed herein is a crossbar locking device for removably locking the opposite ends of a crossbar to respective roof racks. The crossbar locking device of the present invention includes operating modules, which are provided on the respective opposite ends of the crossbar, and a cable, which couples the operating modules to each other such that the operating modules are operated in conjunction with each other. Therefore, the present invention has an advantage in that, when one operating module is operated, the two operating modules are simultaneously locked to or unlocked from the respective roof racks. Furthermore, because the present invention has a structure such that locking pins are locked to respective roof racks, there is an advantage in that reliable locking force is ensured.

It is then checked whether or not a digital signal is received from a base station, the phone being set to the digital mode upon receipt of the digital signal, when the phone is set to the digital preference mode. The phone is set to the analog mode, when the phone is not set to the digital preference mode or the digital signal is not received from the base station. A return is made to the step of checking whether or not the digital signal is received, when a call end key of the phone is not depressed or a call release message is not received from the base station.
