Abstract: The thermoplastic rubber grafted copolymer resin composition comprising (A) about 100 parts by weight of a rubber grafted copolymer prepared by (a1) about 10 to 100 parts by weight of a rubber-modified grafted copolymer and (a2) about 0 to 90 parts by weight of copolymer prepared by vinyl cyanide compound/aromatic vinyl compound or methyl methacrylate or N-phenyl maleimide/vinyl cyanide monomer or aromatic vinyl monomer/methyl methacrylate or N-phenyl maleimide; (B) about 1 to 30 parts by weight of a maleic anhydride copolymer; and (C) about 1 to 20 parts by weight of a clay treated with a compound containing reactive functional groups; wherein said compound containing functional groups has a radical-polymerizable group and an onium ion that can ion-exchange with said clay.
