  • Patent number: 9781322
Abstract: The exemplary embodiment of the present disclosure relates to a camera module including a bobbin, a housing positioned at an outside of the bobbin, an elastic member coupled to the bobbin and the housing, a foreign object exhaust passage concavely formed at an upper surface of the housing, and an opening formed at the housing to open at least a part of the foreign object exhaust passage to an inside of the housing, wherein the foreign object exhaust passage is overlapped on at least a part of the housing-coupled elastic member to a vertical direction, whereby it is easy to wash foreign objects positioned between an elastic member and a housing to reduce an auto focus tilt defects generated after assembly.

  • Patent number: 9769363
Abstract: A camera module is provided, the camera module comprising: a bobbin; a coil arranged at the bobbin; a housing disposed at an inside of the bobbin; a magnet arranged at the housing, to face the bobbin; a rib formed at an inside to be extended from a first lateral wall of the housing to a second lateral wall adjacent to the first lateral wall; and a first adhesive groove formed by a part of a lower surface of the rib being recessed to accommodate an adhesive. The camera module has an advantageous effect in that the magnet may be prevented from being removed from the magnet accommodating portion of the housing, even when external force is applied to the camera module.

  • Publication number: 20160209672
Abstract: A lens driving device is provided, including: a holder member; a first driving unit disposed at the holder member; a base disposed at a lower side of the holder member and spaced apart from the holder member; a first circuit board disposed at an upper surface of the base; a second circuit board including a second driving unit facing the first driving unit, and disposed at an upper surface of the first circuit board; a support member supporting the holder member with respect to the base; and a guide portion protruded from an upper surface of the base, wherein the guide portion supports the second circuit board. In an embodiment, a coil at the second circuit board and a magnet at the holder member may be assembled at a predetermined interval, such that reliability of the product with respect to performance of handshake compensation device can be enhanced.

  • Patent number: 8888950
Abstract: There is provided a substrate supporter capable of securely supporting a substrate such as a wafer on which a device having a predetermined thin film pattern is formed to remove various impurities formed on the rear surface of the substrate, and a plasma processing apparatus having the same. The plasma processing apparatus includes: at least one arm; and a supporting portion extending from the arm toward a substrate seating position of the substrate, so that the plasma processing apparatus can reduce the likelihood of arc discharges compared with conventional dry etching to increase process yield and product reliability, and ensure stable mounting of a substrate.
