The system includes a fuel supplying line connected from an LNG storage tank to a high pressure engine and a low pressure engine, respectively, a pump formed on the fuel supplying line, and configured to pressurize LNG outputted from the LNG storage tank to high pressure, a first heat exchanger formed on the fuel supplying line between the high pressure engine and the pump, and configured to heat the LNG supplied from the pump, a second heat exchanger formed on the fuel supplying line between the low pressure engine and the LNG storage tank, and configured to evaporate the LNG in a liquid state supplied from the LNG storage tank and a heat source supplying line configured to supply heat to the LNG by supplying glycol water to the first heat exchanger and the second heat exchanger.
