  • Publication number: 20260044165
Abstract: Aspects of single-ended input bias adaptation receivers are described herein. An example receiver circuit with adaptive biasing includes an on-die termination network coupled to a single-ended receiver input and a potential equalizer coupled to the single-ended receiver input and the on-die termination network. The potential equalizer includes a biased voltage divider and an equalized bias node. The receiver circuit also includes a receive driver coupled to the equalized bias node and a feedback circuit loop coupled between the equalized bias node and a node in the biased voltage divider. The feedback circuit loop generates a current control signal, and the current control signal is injected into a node of the biased voltage divider. In that way, the feedback circuit loop adjusts a bias voltage at the equalized bias node based on the current control signal.

  • Publication number: 20250161295
Abstract: Formulations for treating proliferative disorders have been developed. In some forms, the formulations are in the form of an injectable aqueous solution for treating tumors and contain exatecan mesylate, optionally including an immunostimulatory agent or adjuvant such as an immunostimulatory oligonucleotide (CpG), at a pH at which the exatecan is soluble until the pH is raised by contacting normal tissue. In some forms, the formulations contain core-shell particles, containing an exatecan in its free base form, a hydrophobic core, and a shell, coating, or corona containing hyperbranched polyglycerol in which hydroxyl groups of the hyperbranched polyglycerol are converted to aldehydes, to adhere the particles to tissue.

  • Publication number: 20220372640
Abstract: The present application relates to a method for manufacturing a photoelectrode, the method comprising steps of impregnating a first transition metal oxide capable of performing photoreaction in an electrolyte, applying a voltage onto the electrolyte to generate an electrochemical oxidation reaction on the surface of the first transition metal oxide, and forming a second transition metal oxide thin film on the surface of the first transition metal oxide by irradiating light onto the first transition metal oxide at the same time as the step of applying the voltage.

  • Publication number: 20220173744
Abstract: A hybrid comparator includes an analog signal combiner and a dynamic latch. The analog signal combiner is configured to receive an input analog signal and an input reference signal, and generate an analog output signal by combining the input analog signal and the input reference signal. The dynamic latch is configured to receive the analog output signal and a clock signal, and generate a digital output signal.

  • Patent number: 11271710
Abstract: A quadrature phase clock generator includes a tunable polyphase filter and a phase detector. The tunable polyphase filter is configured to receive an input clock signal and generate four quadrature phase clock signals. The phase detector is coupled to receive at least two of the four quadrature phase clock signals and generate a control signal adapted to tune the polyphase filter based on the received quadrature phase clock signals. Further, the phase detector is configured to provide the control signal to the polyphase filter in a feedback loop. Based on the control signal from the phase detector, the tunable polyphase filter generates four tuned quadrature phase clock signals as output phase clock signals.
