Abstract: A terminal device is provided and includes a communication interface including circuitry, a display and at least one processor configured to control the communication interface to transmit a user voice including a plurality of intents to an external server, based on word use information included in the user voice and summary information regarding the user voice generated based on user-related information being received from the external server, control the display to display the received summary information, based on a user feedback regarding the summary information being input, transmit information regarding the user feedback to the external server, and based on response information regarding the user voice generated based on the user feedback being received from the external server, control the display to provide the response information.

Abstract: A method, performed by an electronic device, of generating summary information of a conversation text, includes: obtaining at least one first summary text extracted from at least one conversation text of a previous conversation; extracting at least one second summary text from a conversation text of a current conversation; identifying, from among the at least one first summary text, a summary text having a same type as a type of the at least one second summary text; adjusting a score indicating an accuracy of the identified summary text; selecting, from among the at least one first summary text and the at least one second summary text, a summary text corresponding to each of at least one specified type based on a score of each summary text; and generating the summary information based on the selected summary text.

Abstract: An electronic apparatus is provided. The electronic apparatus includes a memory configured to store an entity identification model, and a processor configured to control the electronic apparatus to: identify a plurality of entities included in an input sentence input based on the entity identification model, acquire a search result corresponding to the plurality of entities, and correct and provide the input sentence based on the search result based on the plurality of entities not corresponding to the search result, wherein the entity identification model may be acquired by learning through an artificial intelligence algorithm to extract a plurality of sample entities included in each of a plurality of sample dialogues. At least a part of a method for identifying an entity from a dialogue may use an artificial intelligence model learned according to at least one of machine learning, a neural network, deep learning algorithm, or the like.
