  • Patent number: 11916831
Abstract: A reference signal (RS) transmission system to transmit a channel state information (CSI) RS for extraction of CSI to a relay and a macro terminal is disclosed. The base station transmits information on a sub frame containing the CSI RS to the relay or the macro terminal. The macro terminal and the relay receive the CSI RS using the information on the sub frame. The macro terminal and the relay extract the CSI using the CSI RS and transmit the extracted CSI to the base station.

  • Patent number: 8200147
Abstract: A wireless communication system for geographically controlling a communication area includes an access point for communicating with a terminal in a first area, and a jammer for generating noise for intercepting communication between the access point and a terminal in a second area. A jamming boundary for dividing an area in which the terminal can communicate with the access point and an area in which the terminal cannot communicate with the access point in an area in which the first area and the second area are overlapped is formed, and the jamming boundary is formed by a ratio between power of a signal transmitted to the terminal by the access point and power of a signal of the noise.

  • Patent number: 8151350
Abstract: A method and device for detecting a network worm on the network allows early detection of an unknown network worm with less computational quantity based on a change of randomness occurring to network traffic without using a pattern-matching-based worm detecting method or a behavior-based worm detecting method.

  • Publication number: 20090328138
Abstract: A method and system for implementing activity-oriented access control (AOAC) to hospital information is disclosed. An access request device sends user credentials attaching user attributes to an AOAC server, which in turn searches activity rules that are assigned to user attributes from an activity server and a current work situation of the user from an activity recognition server. The AOAC server transmits an access request list corresponding to the activity rules and the current work situation of the user to the access request device so that it can select a desired access request among the list.

  • Publication number: 20080285468
Abstract: In a session initiation protocol (SIP) corresponding to one of protocols for the voice over Internet protocol (VoIP), an exception detection module acquires a packet for session establishment. If each of fields of the header of the packet is out of a defined character length and includes at least one prohibited character, the exception detection module discards the packet. The exception detection module confirms a state of the session. If the packet is acquired more than a predetermined number of times in the state of the session, the exception detection module considers the packet to be abnormal and discards the packet.

  • Patent number: 7440406
Abstract: An apparatus for displaying network status includes a network traffic collection unit, a network status display unit and a first attack type determination unit. The network traffic collection unit analyzes packets collected from an external communication network, and outputs connection information including a source Internet Protocol (IP) address, a destination IP address and a destination port number. The network status display unit receives the connection information transmitted from the network traffic collection unit for a predetermined period, and displays the connection information in a coordinate point data form on a three-dimensional rectangular coordinate system whose three axes are assigned to a source IP address, a destination IP address and a destination port number, respectively.

  • Publication number: 20080205644
Abstract: An apparatus for encrypting an image frame generates a key frame, performs XOR with the image frame and the key frame to generate a temporary image frame, and changes positions of blocks of the temporary image frame according to a first key to generate an encrypted image frame. An apparatus for decrypting an image frame receives an encrypted image frame, generates a key frame, changes positions of blocks of the encrypted image frame according to a first key to generate a temporary image frame, and performs XOR with the temporary image frame and the key frame to generate the image frame.

  • Publication number: 20070044147
Abstract: A network monitoring apparatus collects packets of a first network, and generates visual information by displaying the packets on a parallel coordinate system which has one or more parallel axis for parameters of the packets. The network monitoring apparatus may extract attack packets from the packet, and the network monitoring apparatus may transmit the visual information to a remote server. Through the network monitoring apparatus, the network manager can visually grasp the state of the network or the existence of a network attack.

  • Publication number: 20050240989
Abstract: The present invention is devised to solve the problem in which a state cannot be kept track of because an outgoing traffic and an incoming traffic pass through different firewalls on a Multiple Entry/Exit Point (MEP) network having a plurality of entry points. In the present invention, firewalls physically remote from each other can share connection information using a modified SYN cookie, so that stateful inspection firewalls physically remote from each other can be used even on the MEP network.
