The measuring unit includes: a base including a first seating part mounting a reference substrate having at least one reference sensor mounted thereon and a second seating part seating the inspected sensor to be adjacent to the reference sensor; and an upper cover including a through-hole exposing the reference sensor and the inspected sensor to surrounding atmosphere and formed in a plate shape covering at least one reference sensor and the inspected sensor. According to the present invention, measured data of the inspected sensor is compared to measured data of the reference sensor under the same condition, such that it is determined that the inspected sensor is a good product.

Since both the applied pressure and the pulse pressure can be measured simultaneously using the piezoresistive pressure sensors, various pulse diagnosis techniques can be applied and since pulse length, pulse thickness, etc. can be displayed in four dimensions, softness or roughness of the pulse and other pulse information can be conveyed visually.
