  • Patent number: 12740719
Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for heart rate detection are described. A method may include receiving physiological data associated with the user, where the physiological data may include motion data and temperature data collected throughout a time interval via a wearable device associated with the user. The method may include determining a condition quality metric associated with the time interval based on the received motion data and temperature data. The condition quality metric may indicate a relative quality of the physiological data collected throughout the time interval for determination of heart rate measurements. The method may include sampling photoplethysmogram (PPG) data for the user via the wearable device based on the condition quality metric satisfying a threshold metric value and a timer satisfying a first threshold time duration. The method may include determining a heart rate measurement for the user based at least in part on the sampled PPG data.

  • Publication number: 20260272368
Abstract: The present disclosure relates to a method for performing an orthostatic test sequence associated with a user. The method comprises receiving photoplethysmography data associated with the user from at least one wearable device; receiving motion data associated with the user from the at least one wearable device, wherein the motion data coincides with the photoplethysmography data; obtaining user heart rate data based on the photoplethysmography data associated with the user; detecting an ascending user position change based on the motion data associated with the user; identifying a trigger condition for providing a physiological state-related insight associated with the user based on the user heart rate data and the detected ascending user position change; and causing a user device to provide an indication of the physiological state-related insight associated with the user.

  • Publication number: 20240260860
Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for analyzing fluid using a wearable device are described. The method may include collecting a bodily fluid of a user using a fluid collection component that includes one or more measurement channels configured to change color when exposed to the bodily fluid. Further, the method may include transmitting light associated with one or more wavelengths and generating one or more signals based on the light reflected off the one or more measurement channels of the fluid collection component and received by a wearable device. Moreover, the method may include determining a color of the one or more measurement channels based on the one or more signals and determining a presence or concentration of one or more substances within the bodily fluid based on the color.
