A cable is connected to the second band portion extends through a first passage and a second passage of a cable lock that is connected to the first band portion. The locking features allow movement of the cable in a tightening direction and restrain movement of the cable in a loosening direction. A cable pull engages a first portion of the cable between the first passage and the second passage. The cable pull moves away from the cable lock during an extension stroke, and the cable pull moves toward the cable lock during a return stroke.
