Abstract: A method for manufacturing a prefabricated concrete product is disclosed, in which method, a concrete slab with a recess at its upper surface is cast with slipform casting on a casting bed, and after the slipform casting of the slab the recess of the fresh cast slab is equipped with ducts, piping and/or wiring components, after which the recess is covered with concrete mass, and the concrete product is left to cure. The invention also relates to such a prefabricated concrete product.

Abstract: A method for the production of prestressed concrete products and a plant for implementing the method. Moulds provided with pretensioned wires are moved through fixed casting machines into a hardening space. In the hardening space, the combination of mould and product is lifted sideways from the casting line before hardening, using synchronised lifting equipment. The combination may be stacked for space economy. After hardening, the product is removed from the mould using the same lifting equipment. The moulds are returned to the beginning of the casting line, during which stage they are cleaned and refurbished. The products are transferred to cutting and finishing stations.

Abstract: A method for compacting a concrete mix in a casting mold into which the concrete mix is poured between at least two opposite and approximately parallel mold walls. The opposite mold walls are moved in a push-pull manner and essentially on the plane of the walls so that the concrete mix is subjected by the frictional action from the mold walls to an internal compacting shear produced by contradirectional movement of the opposite mold walls.
