Abstract: The invention provides a device and a method for flow cytometric fractionation of particles contained in a fluid stream, wherein sections of the fluid stream, especially droplets if the fluid stream is a droplet stream, are irradiated with a laser. The laser disposed for the irradiation of the sections of the fluid stream can have a wavelength which is absorbed by the fluid and can have a sufficient radiation duration and radiation intensity to deflect sections of the fluid stream.

Abstract: In a method and a device for automatic determination of perfusion by using a magnetic resonance system, multiple first MR data sets are thereby acquired from a volume element over time with a perfusion-sensitive imaging sequence, and multiple second MR data sets of the same volume element are acquired over time with a control imaging sequence, in particular a perfusion-insensitive imaging sequence. These first MR data sets and the second MR data sets are subjected to a statistical time series analysis in order to determine the perfusion in the volume element.

Subsequently, the first color values are respectively converted into color code intensity values on the basis of a second transfer function. The color code intensity values of the individual parameters are then operated to form a combined intensity value. Finally, the combined intensity value is converted with a third transfer function into a color value at the appertaining position in the parameter map.
