  • Patent number: 7376560
Abstract: In a transcription device (1) for transcribing a spoken text (GT) into a recognized text (ET) and for editing incorrectly recognized parts of the recognized text (ET), marking means (12, 15, 17) are provided that are arranged for the partly automatic and partly manual marking of parts of the spoken text (GT) and/or of the recognized text (ET) that have a common characteristic. As a result, subsequent unified processing of marked parts of the text that have common characteristics becomes possible.

  • Patent number: 7305228
Abstract: Method of providing account information for the prior use of a service facility with which, from input information, output information is obtained automatically for example in transcription of dictation, in which a dictation file is converted into a text file by means of an automatic voice recognition system, which account information is provided taking into account the detected effort of the manual processing of the output information obtained automatically.

  • Publication number: 20070033026
Abstract: In a speech recognition and correction system which comprises at least one speech recognition device (1) to which a spoken text (GT) can be fed, it being possible for said spoken text to be transcribe into a recognized text (ET), and a correction device (3) for correcting the text (ET) recognized by the at least one speech recognition device (1), said correction device being connected to the at least one speech recognition device (1) via a data network (2) for the transmission of the recognized text (ET) and where appropriate of the spoken text (GT), the correction device (3) has a lexicon of alternatives (23) which contains word parts, words and word sequences that can be displayed (22) by the correction device (3) as alternatives to individual word parts, words and word sequences of the recognized text.

  • Patent number: 6725194
Abstract: In a speech recognition device (1) comprising receiving means (36) for receiving voice information (AI) uttered by a speaker and including speech coefficient memory means (38) for storing a speech coefficient indicator (SKI, PRI, SMI, WI) and including speech recognition means (42) which are arranged for recognizing text information (RTI) corresponding to the received voice information (AI) by evaluating the voice information (AI) and the speech coefficient indicator (SKI, PRI, SMI, WI), and including correction means (49) for correcting the recognized text information (RTI) and for producing corrected text information (CTI), text comparing means (52) are provided for comparing the recognized text information (RTI) with the corrected text information (CTI) and for determining at least a correspondence indicator (CI) and the adjusting means (50) are provided for adjusting the stored speech coefficient indicator (SKI, PRI, SMI, WI) by evaluating only one of such text parts (P2) of the corrected text information

  • Patent number: 6662156
Abstract: A speech device for detecting a speech signal in a received signal and for determining a speech time slot, the device including a switch-on threshold detector for detecting certain detection information in relation to a threshold, and an information processing means for receiving and processing the detection information and for terminating the production of speech detection information featuring a speech time slot if the certain detection information was received during a first switch-off period, while the information processing means are arranged for additionally terminating the delivery of speech detection information if the certain detection information was not received during a second switch-off period and/or if certain detection information was received during a third switch-off period.

  • Publication number: 20010012996
Abstract: In a speech detection device (8) for detecting a speech signal (SS1, SS2) that has a sufficiently good signal-to-noise ratio in a received signal (MS) and for determining a speech time slot (TS1, TS2, TS3, TS4) is included a switch-on threshold detector (11) for delivering first detection information (DI1) when the energy content of the received signal (MS) exceeds a first energy threshold (ES1), and includes a switch-off threshold detector (12) for delivering second detection information (DI2) when the energy content of the received signal (MS) falls short of a second energy threshold (ES2), the second energy threshold (ES2) being smaller than the first energy threshold (ES1), and includes information processing means (13) for receiving and processing the first detection information (DI1) and the second detection information (DI2) and for terminating the production of speech detection information (SDI) featuring a speech time slot (TS1, TS2, TS3, TS4) if the second detection information (DI2) was received du

  • Patent number: 6101467
Abstract: A system for recognizing spoken text includes a microphone for converting spoken text uttered by a speaker into analog electrical signals. An analog to digital converter to convert the analog spoken text data into digital electronic signals. A speech recognition device uses a lexicon data device; a language model data device; and a reference data device to convert the digital spoken text into recognized text data. The system also includes a keyboard for entering error correction data and an error correction device which generates corrected text depending on the corrected text. Adaptation apparatus of the lexicon data device and adaption apparatus of the language model data device, adapt the lexicon data and the language model data respectively to the speaker depending on the corrected text.
