Abstract: A holding device for workpieces, which is rotatably mounted in the side-walls of a centrifugal blasting machine, including a support member and holding member. Both members are pivotably mounted diametrically opposed with respect to the axis of rotation. By means of a pivot drive, both members can be simultaneously moved toward one another and away from one another. Through this, the holding device can be adjusted in each given case in such a manner, so that workpieces of different height can be retained in a centralized position with respect to the axis of rotation, in order to subject them in a rotating manner to a uniform centrifugal blasting treatment.
