Abstract: A method for operating a gripper includes determining a first transport attachment of a plurality of transport attachments to use for moving a piece good and determining whether the first transport attachment is fixed in a first gripping jaw of the gripper, wherein the gripper includes a drop table having at least one storage and dispensing end face; the first gripping jaw and a second gripping jaw each arranged above the drop table and fastened to a gripping jaw guide arrangement, wherein the first gripping jaw has a gripper coupler at an end portion opposite the gripping jaw guide arrangement; and a transport attachment of the plurality of transport attachments with an attachment coupler, wherein the gripper coupler and the attachment coupler interact with one another so that the transport attachment is releasably fixed at the end portion of the first gripping jaw. Grippers and transport systems are also provided.

The gripper comprises a drop table extending in first and a second horizontal directions and having a storage and dispensing end face. Two elongated gripping jaws are arranged above the drop table extending in the first horizontal direction, and are fastened to a gripping jaw guide arrangement. At least one of the gripping jaws is movable in the second horizontal direction and at least one of the gripping jaws has a gripper coupler in its end portion facing away from the gripping jaw guide arrangement, and at least one transport attachment with an attachment coupler. The gripper and attachment couplers interact so that a transport attachment is releasably fixed at an end portion of a gripping jaw.

Abstract: A drug picking device is provided, the drug picking device having at least one shelf device and at least one movable shelf operating means for storing drug packs and for removing stored drug packs. The at least one shelf device has two vertical struts, a rear wall which is connected to the pair of vertical struts, two side wall elements which are each connected to an associated vertical strut, and at least one storage floor. The at least one storage floor has two corner portions having one of a rounded or beveled shape and that are supported by corresponding storage floor supports of the two vertical struts in such a way that the side edge of the at least one storage floor between the two corner portions is arranged to rest flush against the rear wall.
