    Abstract: An instrument for measuring pressure comprising at least one diaphragm which is adapted to be responsive to a pressure or a pressure difference, and a displacement member which is arranged in a first plane parallel to the plane of the diaphragm and is swingable about a pivot axis which lies in the first plane and is removed from a connecting member. The apparatus further includes a connecting member for connecting the diaphragm and displacement member. The connecting member is arranged so as to be rigidly fastened to the diaphragm on the side of the diaphragm facing away from the displacement member and outside the plane of the diaphragm.

    Abstract: A pressure differential measuring apparatus comprising a cylindrical member having a first portion and a second portion of reduced diameter relative to the first portion. The first portion is provided with an outwardly extending member, while the second portion serves as a control rod. The instrument is further provided with a resilient bendable tubular member which surrounds the second portion and is connected to the outwardly extending member of the first portion by a circular electron-beam-welded seam.
