  • Publication number: 20230075874
Abstract: A device for storing at least one object which is designed for wireless communication, in particular for storing one or more debit cards, includes a hollow chamber in which the object can be positioned and which is at least partially shielded from electromagnetic waves of a surrounding environment by a shielding layer. In order to place an object arranged in the device in a non-readable state from a readable state in a particularly simple manner, it is provided that an external antenna for wirelessly communicating with equipment arranged in an environment surrounding the device and an internal antenna for wirelessly communicating with an object arranged in the hollow chamber are provided, wherein the internal antenna can be electrically connected to the external antenna in a reversible manner via an electric switch in order to enable a wireless communication between the equipment and the object.

  • Publication number: 20120272683
Abstract: A method for shaping a floor of a glass vessel, including the steps of bringing the floor region of the glass vessel up in temperature until the viscosity of the glass in the floor region is between 1010 dPas and 103 dPas thereby defining softened glass. Moving a porous gas emitting shaping floor toward the floor region from a side opposite an orifice of the glass vessel. Displacing some of the softened glass by way of a gas film as the softened glass is approaching the porous gas emitting shaping floor. And, increasing an amount of the floor of the glass vessel that is resting on the gas film as the softened glass is approaching the porous gas emitting shaping floor, the gas film preventing direct contact between the softened glass of the floor of the glass vessel and the porous gas emitting shaping floor.

  • Publication number: 20040025538
Abstract: An method and apparatus for shaping a floor of a glass vessel including a source of pressurized gas, a pressure-sealed housing in fluid communication with the source of pressurized gas and a mold at least partially within the pressure-sealed housing. The mold includes a shaping floor with a first side subjected to the source of pressurized gas.

  • Patent number: 6032582
Abstract: A method and a corresponding control are described for the start-up of production printing in a sheet-processing printing machine, in particular, a sheet-fed offset printing machine, in which ink is supplied via a vibrating roller which is movable back and forth between an ink fountain roller and a ink distribution roller wherein clearance is given for the entry into the machine of a first sheet to be printed as a function of the state of movement of the vibrating roller. When production printing is resumed, the state of movement of the vibrating roller for clearance for the sheet entry is selected from a memory as a function of the state of movement of the vibrating roller during entry of a last sheet into the machine before the commencement of the print interruption.

  • Patent number: 5003871
Abstract: An offset inking unit includes a distributor roll having a first roll train that communicates via a first branch roll with an ink transport roll engaged, as viewed in the direction of rotation of the plate cylinder, by two front inking rolls and having a second roll train connected in parallel to the first roll train that communicates via a second branch roll with a spreader roll which, as viewed in the direction of rotation of the plate cylinder, is engaged at least by the first inking roll of the two front inking rolls. Also as viewed in the direction of rotation of the plate cylinder, the second inking roll of the two front inking rolls communicates at least with another rear inking roll via another ink transport roll. Damping is optionally effected directly on the printing plate or on a front inking roll.
