  • Patent number: 11986366
Abstract: The invention relates to correction factors, in particular digital correction factors or printed correction factors, as translation (x,y,z) data and/or as data of the rotation of at least one real prefabricated prosthetic tooth up to a plurality of real prefabricated prosthetic teeth in a mounting for material-ablating processing of the prosthetic teeth, the correction factors preferably being assigned to the mounting as bar code or as quick-response code for use in a digitally controlled material-ablating process, the mounting having at least one fixed real prefabricated tooth. The invention also relates to the mounting with assigned digital correction factors as well as to a method for determining the digital correction factors of the at least one real prefabricated prosthetic tooth.

  • Patent number: 5313873
Abstract: A fluid unit, for example a piston/cylinder unit, is supplied with fluid via a cyclically opened or closed on/off valve. The vacuum peaks occurring on the outlet side of the on/off valve when it is closed and the inertia forces of the flowing fluid are used to supply additional fluid to the fluid unit via a non-return valve leading from a low-pressure connection or reservoir to the fluid unit.

  • Patent number: 5057260
Abstract: An improved dry spinning process for the production of polyurethane elastomer threads using superheated steam as the spinning medium, comprising(1) spinning polyurethane-urea elastomers prepared by chain lengthening of NCO prepolymers with diamine from a solution containing dimethylformamide or dimethylacetamide via a hot spinneret having a nozzle at not less than 100.degree. C. and at a spinning solution temperature in the nozzle of not less than 100.degree. C. into a heated spinning chimney at a chimney wall temperature of not less than 160.degree. C., while(2) introducing superheated steam into the spinning chimney at a temperature above 250.degree. C. as the spinning medium in an amount of at least 20 kg/h, if the chimney diameter is less than or equal to 28 cm, or if the chimney diameter is greater than 28 cm, in an amount of at least 20 kg/h increased by up to a factor H, wherein factor H is equal to the chimney cross-section/615 cm.sup.

  • Patent number: 4725636
Abstract: In the production of elasthane threads by solution spinning of polyurea polyurethanes by conventional spinning processes, excellent stabilization against light and noxious gases are obtained if at least one component of the system to be spun contains tertiary amino groups and the substances used as antioxidizing agents are phenols of the kind which do not form colored nitro compounds.
