  • Patent number: 9068646
Abstract: A driven hatch arrangement is provided, particularly a rear hatch arrangement, for a motor vehicle with a hatch and with a hatch drive for opening and/or closing the hatch, with the hatch drive comprising a motor with a motor shaft and a motor pinion and at least one planetary gear with a sun gear, planetary carriers with planetary rolling elements arranged on bearing pins, and an annulus, with the sun wheel of the planetary gear being formed by the motor pinion and a driven shaft being driven via the planetary gear, in which the driven shaft is embodied in one piece with a planetary carrier including the bearing pins for planetary rolling elements.

  • Patent number: 9062756
Abstract: A planetary gear system having at least one planet carrier which comprises a planet carrier plate which is produced from plastic in one pieces together with at least one bearing pin for a planetary gear and which, on the output side, is rotationally fixed connected to a sun gear. According to the invention, a thrust collar that is connected to the planet carrier plate in one piece is provided between the planetary gear and the planet carrier plate of the planet carrier.

  • Publication number: 20050229734
Abstract: The invention relates to an electric motor having a motor shaft on which motor pinion is or can be placed, to such a motor pinion, and to a method for fastening the motor pinion to the motor shaft. The starting point is a motor pinion having a shaft accommodating section for placement on and fastening to a motor shaft in rotationally rigid fashion, the shaft accommodating section having a wall for encompassing the motor shaft. The advantageous fastening comes about in that at least a part of the wall is fashioned so as to be constrictable for restraining the motor shaft. In mounting, the wall is compressed against the motor shaft by a nut, the wall advantageously having an increasing external circumference.
