  • Patent number: 11821511
Abstract: A monitoring system for a travel drive includes a rotational speed sensor of a hydrostatic motor. The rotational speed sensor is configured to determine acceleration. At least one signal from a pressure sensor mounted on at least one working line that connects a pump to the hydrostatic motor of a hydrostatic travel drive is evaluated. The pressure sensor is preferably arranged on at least one working connection of the pump. The system uses the additional pressure signal to evaluate in a reliable manner whether the hydrostatic travel drive generates an unwanted drive torque.

  • Patent number: 9551416
Abstract: The invention relates to a method for changing gear stages in a transmission having a hydrostatic transmission and a downstream manual transmission, and a corresponding transmission arrangement. First, a desire to shift is detected within the manual transmission to change the gear stages. The hydrostatic transmission and the downstream manual transmission are activated to change the gear stage of the downstream transmission. Whether the gear stage to be engaged through a gear stage change was successfully engaged is detected by a detection device, which is connected to an electronic control unit of the transmission arrangement. If the engagement of the gear stage to be engaged is not successful, the original gear stage is reengaged. After the engagement of the original gear stage, the downstream transmission is again activated such that the gear stage to be engaged is engaged.

  • Patent number: 9037299
Abstract: A method for predefining an operating point of a drive machine of a drive system, including the drive machine and at least two loads which are driven by the drive machine is disclosed. The method includes the following steps: (i) identification of in each case one instantaneous load power demand of the at least two loads, (ii) determination of at least one partial request point of the drive machine for each identified load power demand in order to meet the respective load power demand, (iii) determination of at least one overall request point of the drive machine on the basis of the specific partial request points, (iv) determination of a cost variable of the drive machine for the at least one overall request point, and (v) selection of the operating point taking into account the cost variable and predefining of the operating point.

  • Patent number: 5044746
Abstract: A wheel alignment measurement apparatus comprises six identical measuring heads to be arranged on the wheels of the vehicle and evaluation means. Four measuring heads are mounted at the four wheels of the vehicle. Two additional measuring heads are mounted on the measuring heads of the front wheels by means of rigid bars so as to be disposed in front of the vehicle. Each measuring head includes (a) a structure for detecting vertical angles in the form of a pendulum structure suspended freely movable about an axle and including a radiation source 6 emitting a vertical beam, (b) a structure for detecting horizontal angles including an outside radiation source arranged in the facing measuring head and emitting a horizontal beam, and (c) only one sensor line 9 in the area of intersection of the horizontal and vertical beams for contact-free detection of horizontal and vertical angles. An evaluation unit calculates the alignment data from the outputs of the sensor lines.
