  • Patent number: 11733678
Abstract: Various embodiments include a method for additive manufacturing of a building structure on using a simulation comprising: accessing a data set for the building structure describing the building structure in layers; calculating a global heat development in previous layers based a building history and heat input by an energy beam; determining a local heat development in a vicinity of the heat input; determining the process control based on the global and the local heat development; loading correction measures from a database; and assigning the correction measures locally to individual vectors of a tool path of the energy beam. At least one mass integral is calculated for individual vectors of the tool path. The measures are determined on the basis of a comparison of the calculated mass integral with mass integrals stored in the database.

Date of Patent: August 22, 2023
    Assignee: SIEMENS AKTIENGESELLSCHAFT

  • Publication number: 20150099152
Abstract: A method for connecting poles of two battery cells includes using a connecting element, which is configured as a stranded wire and connects the poles of the battery cells to one another. The stranded wire is connected directly to a pole of a battery cell in a welding area with a laser beam for forming a laser beam weld.

  • Patent number: 6089798
Abstract: A device on hand-held tool-driving machines for the coupling of pounding and/or drilling tools is proposed, wherein on the tool shank (11) and the tool holder (10) are located at least three couplings comprising grooves (17, 18, 22) that run axially to the shank end and coupling gibs (19, 20, 23) on the tool holder (10) that engage in said grooves, and also an axial locking feature comprising a depression (21) in the tool shank (11) that runs axially and is closed toward the shank end and a locking body (16) in the tool holder (10) that engages in said depression, two of said couplings (17, 19 and 18, 20) being at least partially opposite one another. For the purpose of uniform torque loading of tool shank (11) and tool holder (10), the couplings located one behind the other on the shank circumference starting from the axial locking feature are positioned with their coupling flanks on a circumferential angle of >180.degree., <240.degree. (FIG. 1).

  • Patent number: 5868209
Abstract: A device on hand-held tool-driving machines for the coupling of pounding and/or drilling tools is proposed, comprising at least three couplings and one axial locking feature, which are uniformly distributed over the circumference of the tool shank (11) and seating hole (13) of a tool holder (10). The couplings comprise recesses (17, 19, 21) on the tool shank (11) running axially to the shank end and also projections (18, 20, 22) on the circumference of the seating hole (13) running axially and engaging with the recesses. In order to avoid thrust-like overloads, it is proposed that the coupling (21, 22) in the circumferential area opposite the axial locking feature be designed/shaped such that its recess (21) and projection (22) on at least one longitudinal side run in chord-shaped fashion to the circumference of the tool shank (10) or the seating hole (13) of the tool holder (10) (FIG. 1).

  • Patent number: 5558478
Abstract: The device for transferring torque to a tool member in a hand tool apparatus includes a plurality of catch grooves (23) and at least one elongated locking groove (25) spaced circumferentially from the catch grooves (23) provided in the tool shaft (11) of the tool member (12); a tool holder (10) having a tool receptacle (16) provided with a receptacle cavity (17) for the tool member (12) and having at least two axially extending catch elements (24) projecting inwardly into the receptacle cavity (17) so as to be engageable with the catch grooves (25) and at least one lock element (19) guided in a radial recess (18) provided in the tool receptacle (16) spaced circumferentially from the catch elements (24) so as to be radially movable outwardly against a spring force and engageable in the at least one locking groove (25) so as to limit axial motion of the tool member (12).
