  • Patent number: 7926168
Abstract: A method of manufacturing a coil having a cross section differing from a circular ring cross section. In this method a circular cylindrical coil with a circular ring cross section is first wound and then reshaped into a coil with a cross section differing from the circular ring cross section. At least two axially parallel fingers of an expander are temporarily inserted into the coil interior for reshaping the wound circular cylindrical coil and are displaced in a diverging relative movement after the insertion and while doing so expand the initially circular cylindrical coil into the coil having the different cross section.
    Type: Grant
    Filed: August 16, 2005
Date of Patent: April 19, 2011
    Assignee: NXP B.V.
    Inventor: Heinz Nierlich
  • Publication number: 20080001016
Abstract: Method of manufacturing a coil (6) with a cross section differing from a circular ring cross section, in which method a circular cylindrical coil (1) with a circular ring cross section is first wound and then reshaped into a coil (6) with the other cross section differing from the circular ring cross section, wherein at least two axially parallel fingers (4) of an expander (2) are temporarily inserted into the coil interior for reshaping the wound circular cylindrical coil (1) and are displaced in a diverging relative movement after the insertion and while doing so expand the initially circular cylindrical coil (1) into the coil (6) with the different cross section.

  • Patent number: 6463161
Abstract: In an electroacoustic transducer (1) having a hollow cylindrical magnet system (8) and a contact holding assembly (22), retained in an inner zone (21), for holding spring contacts (37, 38), the contact holding assembly (22) includes two preferably identical contact holding elements (23, 24) which adjoin one another along two identically shaped bounding surfaces (26, 28), and each contact holding element (23, 24) has a holding chamber (29, 30) which opens towards its bounding surface (26, 28), each holding chamber (29, 30) accommodating a spring contact (37, 38) inserted into the holding chamber (29, 30) from the side of the bounding surface (26, 28).
    Type: Grant

Abstract: In an electroacoustic transducer (1) having a hollow cylindrical magnet system (8) and having contact holding means (22), which are retained in the inner zone (21), for holding spring contacts (37, 38), the contact holding means (22) consist of two preferably identical contact holding elements (23, 24) which adjoin one another along two identically shaped bounding surfaces (26, 28), and each contact holding element (23, 24) has a holding chamber (29, 30) which opens towards its bounding surface (26, 28), each holding chamber (29, 30) accommodating a spring contact (37, 38) inserted into the holding chamber (29, 30) from the side of the bounding surface (26, 28).
