    Abstract: A novel copolyester hot-melt adhesive and a preparation method thereof are disclosed. The preparation method mainly includes the following steps: selecting raw materials according to preset ratios, wherein the raw materials include: bisphenol A, maleic acid, terephthalic acid, another dibasic acid, 1,4-butanediol, another dibasic alcohol, catalysts and a stabilizer; producing a prepolymer under negative pressure in a low-temperature section, completing an esterification process under normal pressure in the low-temperature section, and completing a polycondensation step under negative pressure in a high-temperature section, thereby finally preparing the novel copolyester hot-melt adhesive product.

    Abstract: A composite hot-melt adhesive mesh film and preparation process thereof, in particular, a composite hot-melt adhesive mesh film and preparation process thereof for bonding metal and non-polar material are disclosed. The mesh film is compounded of a polar polyamide hot-melt adhesive and a non-polar polyolefin hot-melt adhesive mesh film containing a compatibilizer. The mesh film has a high adhesive strength and a durable and stable adhesion, and is especially suitable for bonding stainless steel, aluminum, copper or other metal materials and polyethylene, polypropylene or other non-polar polymers. Additionally, the preparation process is completed in one set of production process from raw material pretreatment to the final preparation of the hot melt adhesive mesh film product, thereby greatly reducing production failures, and providing high production efficiency and low costs.

    Abstract: A method for preparation of a high-viscosity polyester hot-melt adhesive with a partially sensitive viscosity-temperature property is disclosed, including the steps of: i) subjecting terephthalic acid, isophthalic acid, dodecanedioic acid, adipic acid, butanediol, dipropylene glycol and hexanediol to an esterification reaction in the presence of tetrabutyl titanate serving as a catalyst; and ii) adding an antioxidant to a product resulting from step i) to conduct a polycondensation reaction under a reduced pressure so as to obtain the high-viscosity polyester hot-melt adhesive which has a low melting point of 130° C.-135° C. and a partially sensitive viscosity-temperature property.
