    Abstract: The present disclosure provides cannabicyclol derivatives and preparation methods thereof, belonging to the field of biomedical technology. In the present disclosure, citral (3,7-Dimethyl-2,6-octadienal) and derivatives thereof, and olive alcohol (1,3-Dihydroxy-5-pentylbenzene) and derivatives thereof are used as raw materials for the efficient synthesis of the cannabicyclol derivatives in a one-pot manner under an action of ethylenediamine and a photocatalyst.
