    Abstract: The present disclosure discloses a fully-automatic device for detecting substrate size, a substrate detection line and a detecting method thereof. The fully-automatic device for detecting substrate size includes a main frame, a load plate, a conveying belt, a gate-type travelling mechanism and a laser sensor. A plurality of the load plates are fixed on the main frame, and one conveying belt is arranged between two adjacent load plates, and a travelling rail is arranged on the load plates located on both sides and along the length direction thereof, and the gate-type travelling mechanism is mounted on the travelling rail, and the laser sensor is mounted on the gate-type travelling mechanism through a third travelling mechanism. The present disclosure can automatically detect the substrate size instead of manual work, and thereby having advantages of fast detection speed and high detection accuracy.

    Abstract: The present disclosure relates to a mounting device for a photovoltaic device. The mounting device includes a regulating mechanism and two supporting beams to install the photovoltaic device. The regulating mechanism is respectively connected to the two supporting beams to regulate an interval and/or an angle between the two supporting beams. The interval and/or the angle between the two supporting beams can be regulated according to the installation condition to adapt to photovoltaic devices with different shapes and different sizes or adapt to different installation environments. The mounting device can be produced and assembled in the factory and transported to the installation site to install the photovoltaic device. The installation process of the photovoltaic device by using the mounting device is simple and quick, during which only easy regulation is needed and the professional calibration is avoided. In addition, the mounting device has a strong universality and practicability.

    Abstract: This embodiment discloses a photovoltaic module unit and a photovoltaic device. The photovoltaic module unit includes: a support frame, whose side face is provided with a lapping portion; a photovoltaic module, two ends of which are lapped at the lapping portion; and load-bearing glass, bottom faces at two ends of the load-bearing glass being fixed to a top of the support frame. A preset clearance is provided between the load-bearing glass and the photovoltaic module. In the photovoltaic module unit and the photovoltaic device provided by this embodiment, the support frame is arranged to be supported on a road surface and to support the photovoltaic module, and the load-bearing glass is arranged to protect and cover the photovoltaic module. The ground photovoltaic power generation module unit and the ground photovoltaic power generation module are low in installation cost, convenient for maintenance and time-saving, and can be installed in different roadbed conditions.
