Abstract: A display substrate and a display panel are disclosed. The display substrate includes a base, a first insulating layer, a semiconductor layer, a second insulating layer, a metal layer, and a third insulating layer that are sequentially stacked. The semiconductor layer and the metal layer form part of a thin film transistor in the display substrate. The display substrate further includes at least one channel, which is located on at least one side of the thin film transistor and penetrates through the first insulating layer and the second insulating layer. The third insulating layer fills the channel and is bonded to the base within the at least one channel.

Abstract: An array substrate includes a substrate, a transistor, and an insulating layer. The transistor has a gate, an active layer, a source, a drain, and a protector. The insulating layer covers the gate and a face of the substrate. The active layer is disposed on a face of the insulating layer away from the substrate. Both the source and the drain are disposed on the face of the insulating layer away from the substrate, the source faces and is spaced apart from the drain in a first direction, and both the source and the drain are connected to the active layer. The protector is disposed on a face of the active layer away from the insulating layer, and the protector is spaced apart from both the source and the drain.

Abstract: A display panel includes a substrate, a transistor provided on the substrate, a first protective structure, an electroless nickel immersion gold terminal, and a second protective structure. The first protective structure is provided on a side of the insulation dielectric layer away from the substrate, and the first protective structure is provided with a through hole. The electroless nickel immersion gold terminal is provided on a side of the first protective structure away from the substrate, and the electroless nickel immersion gold terminal is connected to the first pole through the through hole. The second protective structure is provided on a side of the first protective structure away from the first protective structure, and the second protective structure is opened with a groove, and the groove exposes at least a portion of the electroless nickel immersion gold terminal.

Abstract: A method for preparing a semiconductor device includes: forming a metal oxide semiconductor layer on a substrate; forming a second insulating dielectric layer on a side of the metal oxide semiconductor layer away from the substrate; wherein further including: forming a metal oxide isolation layer on a side of the second insulating dielectric layer away from the substrate; wherein the metal oxide isolation layer is in contact with a surface of the second insulating dielectric layer away from the substrate, a concentration of elemental oxygen in the metal oxide isolation layer is greater than a concentration of elemental oxygen in the second insulating dielectric layer, and the concentration of elemental oxygen in the second insulating dielectric layer is greater than a concentration of elemental oxygen in the metal oxide semiconductor layer. An array substrate and a display panel are also provided.

Abstract: Described are an application search method, apparatus, and terminal. In the method the terminal acquires a search word and converts the search word to a tag in a pre-constructed tag library, where the tag in the tag library corresponds to one category of applications. The terminal queries for applications corresponding to the tag and uses the applications as a search result corresponding to the search word. The apparatus may be implemented in the terminal and may include: an acquiring module, a conversion module, and a query module. In the present disclosure, a search word is converted to a tag in a pre-constructed tag library, and applications are searched for according to the tag.

Abstract: The present disclosure provides a method, server, system, and a storage medium for search term obtaining and recommendation. A tag library is set to include multiple tags, multiple categories, and multiple application keywords stored therein. When it is determined that a received application keyword is a fuzzy keyword, a tag matching the received application keyword is obtained according to the received application keyword. A category corresponding to the matching tag is obtained. Categories are obtained and gathered to find a category from the obtained categories that appears most frequently. A tag corresponding to the category that appears most frequently is found as a recommended search term. As such, when a user has an unclear subjective search purpose, a potential requirement of the user can be excavated, or a user's requirements can be refined, to allow a search result better matching user's intentions to thus improve practicability.

Abstract: The present invention refers to a searching method, comprising: getting searching strings inputted by a user in real time; matching the searching strings with first keywords of a searching keywords hint database and second keywords of a through zone database respectively, wherein the searching keywords hint database includes plural first keywords and the through zone database includes plural second keywords and data corresponding to the second keywords; displaying a predefined number of first keywords and a predefined number of second keywords matched with the searching strings to hint; when any first keyword is chosen, displaying searching result pages matched with the first keyword; when any second keyword is chosen, displaying data matched with the second keyword in through database. The present invention also refers to a searching system and storage medium which can efficiently improve searching efficiency.
