Abstract: A combination beach towel/changing cover-up garment comprising a tubular piece of flexible and absorbent material having opposite ends open. The upper portion of the construction is fitted with an adjustable elastic drawstring and secured by means of a generic toggle lock to adjust the opening size for user as a changing cover-up garment. With the adjustable drawstring fully extended, and said garment in a flat position it may be used to recline and for drying the hair or skin of the user.
