  • Publication number: 20230301600
Abstract: A computer implemented method for determining a level of certainty of a patient’s response to a stimulus perception of a subjective medical test, the method including detecting at least one physiological signal from the patient while the patient is providing a response to the stimulus perception, determining the level of certainty of a patient’s response to the stimulus perception from the at least one physiological signal, the at least one physiological signal being an input data to a machine learning model trained based on a set of training data, the set of training data comprising at least one physiological signal associated to a level of certainty of a patient’s response, the determined level of certainty being the output of the trained machine learning model.

  • Publication number: 20230266198
Abstract: A system for determining a rounded value of an optical feature of an ophthalmic lens including determining a first test value and a first variation increment, performing a first trial of said subjective test wherein two first different optical situations are determined based on at least the first test value, determining a second test value based on the first test value, on the first variation increment and on the result of the first trial, performing a second trial of said subjective test wherein two second different optical situations are determined based on at least the second test value, determining an intermediary value based on the result of the first trial and on the result of the second trial, and determining said rounded value by rounding said intermediary value to a reference value, said rounding modifying the dioptric correction of said ophthalmic lens by less than a predetermined basic dioptric value.

  • Publication number: 20210106216
Abstract: Disclosed is a method for altering the visual performance of a subject using an optical system arranged in front of at least one eye of the subject, and including: b) determining an optotype; c) displaying the optotype to the subject in such a way that it is visible by the subject through the optical system; d) assessing the visual performance of the subject viewing the optotype through the optical system; and e) adding a positive or negative altering value of spherical optical power to the optical system. The method includes, before step b): a) choosing a target value of visual performance; and and in that, at step b), the optotype has a size which is determined depending on the target value of visual performance; at step e), the altering value of spherical optical power is determined depending on the target value of visual performance.
