Abstract: The invention provides for a diffuser (1) for a wind turbine (2). The diffuser (1) comprises an inner diffuser element (8) including a number of vanes (4, 5, 6), wherein at least a first vane (4) and a second vane (5) is arranged in continuation of each other. At least the first vane (4) and the second vane (5) are angled in relation to each other to form a curved cross sectional diffuser profile (7) and a free space (10) is arranged between the neighbouring first vane (4) and second vane (5) to enable air flow between the first vane (4) and second vane (5).

Abstract: The present invention relates to a blade for a rotor of a wind turbine, which rotor comprises a hub, from which hub at least one blade extends substantially radially, which blade comprises a root area closest to the hub, which blade comprises a transition area away from the hub, which blade further comprises at least a first airfoil. The scope of the invention can be fulfilled by blades comprising at least one longitudinal channel, which channel has an inlet opening in the front of the airfoil, which channel has an outlet opening at the backside of the air foil, which channel opening area is decreasing from the inlet opening to the outlet opening. Hereby, it is achieved that in the channel there is an increasing speed of the air which is flowing through that channel which will lead to increasing the power produced from the wind surrounding the blade.

Abstract: The invention relates to an otter board (20) which may be used for generating a spreading force in connection with trawl fishing. The otter board according to the invention comprises at least two foils (1-3) which are suspended between a number of longitudinally extending ribs (5, 6, 10, 17, 26, 27) in such a way that at least one tapered channel is formed in which the flow of water is passing through the otter board. The channels are curved and formed so that water is ejected at a high speed in relation to the towing speed in a direction slightly downwards and along a respective end section of an adjacent lower or intermediate foil extending from the outlets of the channels, whereby turbulence is prevented from occurring even at high angles of attack of the otter board.
