  • Publication number: 20080094191
Abstract: In an indicator device for indicating an attempted theft of objects which are detachably fixed to a vehicle, at least one piezoelectric sensor is arranged in a recess between the vehicle and the object and is placed under pressure in an installation position of the object to be secured. In addition, a method for operating an indicator device for indicating an attempted theft of detachably fixed objects is proposed, in which method the piezoelectric sensor is kept under pressure. When the object is removed from the recess, the pressure acting on the piezoelectric sensor changes, as a result of which a transmission antenna which is connected to the sensor emits a signal in order to activate an alarm system.

  • Patent number: 5604407
Abstract: A method and device for controlling vehicle interior lighting as a function of certain lighting-relevant states, in which the respective turning-on or turning-off process takes place with dimming. The dimming parameters, such as turning-on or turning-off dimming time or desired final brightness, are selected in advance as a function of the vehicle state that activated the control process, which permits a highly variable and situation-specific lighting control. The lighting control unit, depending on signals from a sensor group and according to a program stored in a program memory, controls a lighting device through a controllable switch.

  • Patent number: 5293150
Abstract: A circuit arrangement for an anti-theft alarm for vehicles which emits optical signals to the outside by means of the driving direction indicator lights of the vehicle and also permits driving direction changes to be displayed. Actuation of the indicator lights is cancelled by the anti-theft alarm for the duration of the direction flashing indication.
