  • Publication number: 20240088315
Abstract: A thin-film solar module with a substrate and a layer structure applied thereon that comprises a rear electrode layer, a front electrode layer, and an absorber layer arranged between the back electrode layer and the front electrode layer. Serially connected solar cells are formed in the layer structure by patterning zones, wherein each patterning zone comprises a first patterning line for subdividing at least the rear electrode layer, a second patterning line for subdividing at least the absorber layer, and at least one third patterning line for subdividing at least the front electrode layer. At least one patterning zone has one or more optically transparent zones in a zone region reduced by the first patterning line, which are in each case rear-electrode-layer-free, wherein the one or more optically transparent zones are implemented such that the rear electrode layer is continuous in the zone region.

  • Patent number: 11168374
Abstract: The invention relates to the subject area of metallurgical systems, in particular a metallurgical vessel which is fixed on a support ring. The object of the invention is to provide a metallurgical vessel having a support ring and a method for fixing and releasing, which prevents constraint forces. The tiltable metallurgical vessel having a round cross-section is at least partially surrounded by a support ring. The support ring is at a distance from the metallurgical vessel in the radial direction. The metallurgical vessel has at least three brackets, each having a respective pin. The support ring has at least three receiving openings which receive the pins. These receiving openings permit a shifting of the pin in the radial direction. The pins are secured against falling out of the receiving opening and the bracket by at least three locking devices floatingly mounted and arranged inside the support ring.

  • Patent number: 4688620
Abstract: A curtain-tape, for hanging a curtain and forming fan-pleats, comprises a tape adapted to be attached, more particularly sewn, along one edge of the curtain, and elements secured thereto at predetermined intervals or alternating intervals and adapted to be joined together to form fan-pleats. In order to make up the elements, slides, rollers or the like, known per se, are divided into individual slide- or roller-elements. Several such slide- or roller-elements are, in turn, adapted to be connected together, thus forming a fan-pleat, into a group of slide- or roller-elements.

  • Patent number: 4592467
Abstract: A device for smashing or breaking windows in the event of a traffic-accident. The device has a holding plate with holes for the attachment thereof, and clips for the accommodation of a hammer. The holding plate consists of a base of T-shaped configuration while the hammer is provided, in the vicinity of the head thereof, with two symmetrical tips and, in the vicinity of the free end of the handle, with a blade for cutting safety belts. In the three end-regions of the T-shaped configuration of the base, there are protective walls which cover the hammer-tips and the free end of the hammer-handle.

  • Patent number: 4180914
Abstract: A length-measuring instrument having at least two tubes which are telescopically extensible. Each of the tubes is provided with a scale graduation arranged so that the scale graduation on an inner tube proceeds numerically in a direction opposite to the scale graduation on an outer one of the tubes. A fixing device acts in any position of the tubes and functions as an automatic clamp having two spring-loaded clamping pins passing through the outer one of the tubes and arranged in an inclined position. These clamping pins rest in each fixed position of the tubes, against an upper side of the inner tube carrying the scale graduation. The clamping effect may be released only by applying external force to the clamp.

  • Patent number: 4064952
Abstract: A device attachable to a power drill for the collection and removal of material released during drilling procedures. A collecting tube is mounted by a clamp parallel to the longitudinal axis of the power drill, and is movable relative to the power drill. A spout surrounds the drill bit near the tip area. Pressure is applied to the collecting tube or to the spout in closing the drill bit by a spring, so that the collecting tube can have relative motion in the opposite direction, in accordance with the progress of the drilling. The collecting tube is adapted to the contour of the power drill and has a bend in the vicinity of the spout. The collecting tube has, furthermore, a storage space for the material released during the drilling.
