  • Patent number: 11339822
Abstract: An assembly locking device adapted to a normalized standard or fine thread of a thread shaft of a thread bolt, so that the locking device is positionable in a loss-proof manner on the thread of the thread shaft. The locking device includes: a cylindrical turn comprised of a plurality of helically wound turns, of a wire, a transition turn and adjacent to the second end of the helix is a blocking turn which has a negative pitch PB compared to the holding turn, so that at least an end portion of the blocking turn is elastically displaceable in the axial direction of the central longitudinal axis between an insertion position and a blocking position. • Patent number: 8206055
Abstract: A coupling mechanism secures a shaft-to-collar connection for two shafts, such as an extension shaft stub and a tractor PTO shaft. An annular locking element on the first shaft prevents an axial disconnection of an established connection. One of the shafts has a collar with a positive engagement element for a locking engagement with the other shaft. The other shaft includes a positive engagement for a locking engagement with the collar. To enable an easier handling of the axial locking of the shaft to collar connection, the locking element includes a first set of teeth which are complementarily to a second set of teeth on the second shaft. The locking element is rotatably arranged on the first shaft and can be rotated from a locked position to an unlocked position. In the locked position the teeth overlap.

  • Publication number: 20120029481
Abstract: The invention relates to a connection piece (4) for the tube (3) of an enteral feeding tube (1), having a proximal fitting piece (4A) for fitting the tube of an enteral feeding tube, and a distal fitting piece (4B) for fitting a connection piece (8) of an enteral transfer system (2). The connection piece (4) according to the invention of the feeding tube (1) comprises two rigidly connected sections (9), (10), of which the first section (9) is made of a material which has a higher hardness than the material which the second section (10) of the connection piece is made of. The two-piece structure of the connection piece made of the two materials of different hardness has the advantage that the material properties of the two sections (9), (10) can be adapted to the different requirements for the respective connections.

  • Publication number: 20100240464
Abstract: The present invention relates to a device for securing a shaft to collar connection (16) of two shafts (12, 14), in particular for securing a PTO shaft stub (14) of a PTO shaft of a tractor. The device comprises a locking element (40) preventing a disconnection of an established shaft to collar connection (16) between the two shafts (12, 14) in axial direction. One of the two shafts (12) comprises a collar (15) with a positive engagement element (38) for a locking engagement with the other shaft (14). The other shaft (14) comprises a positive engagement (22) for a locking engagement with the shaft (12) comprising the collar (15). The locking element (40) is basically ring-shaped and arranged at the first of the two shafts (12). In order to enable an easier handling of the axial locking of the shaft to collar connection (16), it is suggested, that the locking element comprises a toothing (44), which is basically complementarily formed to the toothing (22) of the second of the two shafts (14).

  • Publication number: 20040161340
Abstract: A drive arrangement for a conveying device for the conveying of a flowing medium is described, particularly for the conveying of air or fluid. The drive arrangement contains a drive engine whose rotational speed can be varied, an auxiliary motor that can be continuously controlled and a summing gearbox. The summing gearbox is connected on its output side with the conveying device and on its input side with the drive engine and the auxiliary motor. Furthermore, the drive arrangement contains a control unit that controls the auxiliary motor. In order to make possible an improved control or regulation of the conveying performance compared to linear, rigidly driven conveying devices, it is proposed that at least one magnitude of the condition of the flowing medium be detected by at least one sensor and to control or regulate the auxiliary motor of the drive arrangement by the control unit as a function of at least one magnitude of the condition of the medium.

  • Patent number: 6729459
Abstract: A PTO clutch of an agricultural vehicle connects an input driveline to an output driveline for coupling to an attached implement. A method and system for controlling the PTO clutch includes sensors for sensing rotational speeds on both sides of the clutch. Clutch slip is determined from the sensed speeds. A controller receives an actual slip signal and a desired slip signal and controls pressure in the clutch to maintain a constant desired clutch slip in order to avoid overload conditions. The torque transmitted by the clutch is determined as a function of the slip in the clutch and the clutch pressure, and a signal representing this torque is displayed to an operator.

  • Patent number: 6718847
Abstract: A venting or pressure release system releases pressure from a transmission housing through which extends a transmission shaft. A lower part of the transmission housing forms a collector in which fluid collect. A conduit communicates the collector with a storage container which is substantially sealed against the transmission housing. An overpressure in the transmission housing forces fluid from the collector through the conduit into the storage container. A pressure-release conduit communicates the transmission housing above the collector to the storage container. A shutoff device closes the pressure-release conduit when the transmission shaft is rotating and opens the pressure-release conduit when the transmission shaft is not rotating. This makes possible a rapid compensation of fluid after the transmission has been turned off so that the fluid level can be reliably determined. The shutoff device may be a pilot-controlled valve or a fluid barrier.

  • Patent number: 6698555
Abstract: A control device for the parking brake of a motor vehicle has a hydraulic cylinder with a piston chamber that can be pressurized by means of a valve arrangement, and has a hydraulic piston connected mechanically to engagement elements of the parking brake. The parking brake is forced into an engaged or disengaged position depending on the hydraulic pressure in the piston chamber. The piston chamber connects to a pressure sensor providing pressure signals that represent the state of the parking brake and that are evaluated by an electrical control unit. The control unit defines a first predetermined pressure threshold corresponding to the engaged state of the parking brake, and a second predetermined pressure threshold corresponding to the disengaged state of the parking brake.

  • Patent number: 6581738
Abstract: An emergency release device for the parking lock of a motor vehicle is described which contains an locking device (46,44,38,24,12,10) that is pressed into its engaged position by a spring element (42,50) and which can move into its disengaged position by at least one actuator (46) that is actuated by a control element (56,58) against the spring force. The locking device (46,44,38,24,12,10) can be linked with a clutch pedal located on the operator's station by releasable mechanical connecting elements (108,110,112), in such a way that it is possible to emergency-release the parking lock in case of vehicle malfunction.

  • Patent number: 6527096
Abstract: A control device for the parking lock of a motor vehicle has at least one actuating drive (46) that can be operated by triggering devices and with which a locking device (11) can be moved between engaged and disengaged positions. For reliable operation, at least two independent triggering devices are provided and a change in position takes place only if both triggering devices (56, 58) are actuated. Preferably a hydraulic piston (46) brings the parking lock into its disengaged position when subjected to pressure. The triggering devices are constructed as solenoids (56, 58) under the control of two electrical controllers (140, 142) that undertake an evaluation of relevant control and measurement parameters.
