Abstract: The invention relates to an adjustable facade shell (1) for a building, having an outer shell (1b) which is formed of panels (2) arranged one behind and/or one over another, which panels are adjustable between a closed position and an opened position, and having an inner shell (1a) spaced from the outer shell (1b) and of one or more wall parts, the adjustment device being arranged on a carrier frame (6) which can be attached to the building and is of vertical and horizontal carrier parts (6a to 6d), and has pivoting devices (4) for the panels (2). For the purpose of reducing the outlay for manufacture and/or installation, the panels (2) are so adjusted by the pivoting devices that in their pivoted out position and during a pivoting procedure they are located in front of the outer side of the carrier frame (6), the inner shell (1a) being connected by means of the carrier parts (6a to 6d) with the outer shell (1d) and being thereby supported.
