Abstract: A stove with pyrolytic self-cleaning includes an oven having an oven space, at least one wall region, a heating element disposed in the at least one wall region, a forced-air blower for venting the oven, a device for pyrolytic self-cleaning, and an optional forced-air heating device. A sensor system is disposed in the oven space for detecting operationally dictated oven soiling values and issuing input values. An evaluation circuit has an input connected to the sensor system for frequency-converting the input values, for digitizing the input values, for counting the input values, for storing the input values, and for concatenating the input values. The evaluation circuit has an output side signaling a degree of soiling and the evaluation circuit recommends and/or carries out an initiation of pyrolysis.

Abstract: A device for controlling electrical consuming devices in ovens includes a function control device which can be adjusted for the control of function cycles, an evaluation circuit, a manually operated function selector switch for adjusting the function control device through a binary code connection, special manually operated input elements directly assigned to the function control device also operating for adjusting the function control device, the evaluation circuit being disposed in the function selector device for receiving the binary signals provided by the function selector switch which, upon the change of at least one of the binary codes, causes a resetting criterion for the function commands entered through the input elements.

Abstract: A control circuit assembly, includes a cooking plate having at least two individual cooking regions being electrically connectible in common for cooking together, heating elements being disposed in the cooking regions of the cooking plate and having inputs, current circuits connected to the heating elements, an electronic control device connected to the inputs of the heating elements for producing variable heating power outputs, heating power control devices respectively associated with the heating elements, and switching elements disposed in the current circuits for selectively connecting each of the respective heating elements in the individual cooking regions to one of the heating power control devices in a first switching mode, and for connecting the heating elements of the individual cooking regions together to one of the heating power control devices while disconnecting the other heating power control devices from the respective heating elements with which they are associated in a second switching mode.
