  • Patent number: 11280848
Abstract: A monitoring apparatus for monitoring of an electrical energy source features one measuring circuit for each pole of the energy source, which is designed to connect the particular pole via a voltage divider to the reference potential. An evaluating device is provided to detect a particular voltage value at the particular voltage divider and based on the detected voltage values, determines a source voltage datum for the source voltage of the energy source. For at least one of the measuring circuits the total electrical resistance is dependent on a switch state of a particular switching element, and the evaluation device is designed, by switching of the particular switching element, to adjust at least two different switching constellations of the measuring circuits, and based on the voltage values detected for the switching constellations, determines overall resistance data for isolation resistances of the energy source.

  • Patent number: 4155215
Abstract: A thread monitor moving along a bank of upright spindles surrounded by vertically reciprocable track rings engaged by travelers, designed to facilitate the winding of yarns, rovings or other filaments on cops carried by the spindles, includes a suction tube picking up loose ends of ruptured filaments for tying them to fresh oncoming threads. A filament-threading device moving with the thread monitor comprises a gripper with a closable hook, displaceable on the level of the track ring, and a deflector in the form of a transverse roller eccentrically rotatable about a horizontal axis skew to the spindle axis.

  • Patent number: 4132057
Abstract: To effectively separate a broken end of a thread from a thread winding body a process and associated apparatus is herein proposed according to which at least two air streams are directed along the thread winding body and toward a suction air stream, with the air streams being displaced relative to one another in the peripheral direction of the thread winding body and variably inclined relative to the longitudinal axis of the thread winding body.

  • Patent number: 4033517
Abstract: A device for granulating thin-walled plastic material into plastic granulated material. The device is composed of a rotating tool which is arranged closely above the bottom of a container. The tool produces frictional heat when moved relative to the material in the container. More specifically, the tool has at least two rotatable shafts, both of which are equipped with beaters thereon. The peripheral circles described by the outer ends of the beaters come close together or are overlapped, and, when in the overlapped condition, are vertically offset from one another.
