Abstract: Systems, methods, and computer program products dynamically interpret, learn, and synchronize information to help users intelligently manage work and to improve project management tools. The system and method include receptors and interfaces for data exchange with user devices and modules that will connect, monitor, keep and present the data. Additionally, the user devices and modules monitor security and actions to be taken. A computerized nervous system with an artificial intelligence engine learns, applies, and evolves the method continuously. The system also includes storage of historical and ongoing management related data to enable projection algorithms to function and contribute to enterprise knowledge management and community intelligence. The systems and methods can be housed in external, internal, or hybrid clouds. The data exchanged can be in voice, video, text, or other formats, that are supported by current devices. The receptors/interfaces will transmit the data to and from the devices.
