The agent may use the one or more administrative options available to the agent and unavailable to the customer to make changes to the customer account as needed. After making changes to the customer account, the agent may direct the customer to refresh their customer account in order to get updated with the changes made by the agent, thus resolving the customer's issues quickly and efficiently.
