  • Publication number: 20240177403
Abstract: A computer system displays a first user interface object with a first appearance at a first position in a first view of a three-dimensional environment that is at least partially shared between a first and second user. While displaying the first user interface object, the computer system detects a first user input by the first user. In response to detecting the first user input: in accordance with a determination that the second user is not currently interacting with the first user interface object, the computer system performs a first operation; and in accordance with a determination that the second user is currently interacting with the first user interface object, the computer system displays a visual indication, that the first user interface object is not available for interaction, including changing an appearance or position of the first user interface object, and forgoes performing the first operation.

  • Patent number: 11995285
Abstract: In some embodiments, an electronic device emphasizes and/or deemphasizes user interfaces based on the gaze of a user. In some embodiments, an electronic device defines levels of immersion for different user interfaces independently of one another. In some embodiments, an electronic device resumes display of a user interface at a previously-displayed level of immersion after (e.g., temporarily) reducing the level of immersion associated with the user interface. In some embodiments, an electronic device allows objects, people, and/or portions of an environment to be visible through a user interface displayed by the electronic device. In some embodiments, an electronic device reduces the level of immersion associated with a user interface based on characteristics of the electronic device and/or physical environment of the electronic device.

  • Publication number: 20240164841
Abstract: A technique for predicting bone resection issues during robotic surgery is provided. The technique includes accessing robotic surgery resection parameters and receiving landmarks from the distal end of a patient's femur. A 3D model of the distal femur is generated based on the landmarks. A virtual robotic resection of the distal femur is simulated using the model and parameters. Analysis of the simulated resection predicts possible issues like notching of the trochlea. Warnings are generated if problems are predicted, allowing the surgeon to adjust the plan pre-operatively. By simulating the robotic bone resection, potential problems can be anticipated and avoided through appropriate changes to the surgical plan.

Abstract: A method includes performing by at least one hardware processor operations such as configuring at an account of a data consumer, a source table with personally identifiable information (PII) associated with a user. A secure view of the PII is generated based on a view object at the account of the data consumer. The secure view of the PII is shared with an account of a data provider using a share object at the account of the data consumer. The sharing is based on an update of the PII in the source table. A result table is retrieved from the account of the data provider. The result table includes identity resolution information of the user. The identity resolution information is generated based on the update.
