  • Patent number: 11166651
Abstract: A measuring arrangement for in-vivo determination of the lactate concentration in blood by means of electrochemical impedance spectroscopy, comprising a substantially flat shaped probe having a longitudinal extension, a transverse extension and a thickness, wherein the longitudinal extension and the transverse extension of the probe are each a multiple of the thickness of the probe, an analyzer circuitry connected to the probe, and communication means connected to the analyzer circuitry for transferring data via a WPAN, wherein the substantially flat shaped probe is arranged at an edge of the measuring arrangement, so that the probe, during operation of the measuring arrangement, faces the animal or human body to be examined, in such a manner that the probe is arranged with its longitudinal and transverse extensions approximately parallel to the surface of the body to be examined, a wristband therefor, and a method for the operation thereof.

  • Patent number: 10292659
Abstract: The invention relates to a vehicle operating element (12) comprising a sensor (14) for non-invasive measurement of biomolecules in the blood of an operator of a vehicle operating element (12) by means of electrochemical impedance spectroscopy, comprising at least one antenna (16) which includes at least a first conductive layer, a second conductive layer and an insulating layer being sandwiched between the two conductive layers. By means of the second conductive layer an excitation signal can be coupled out and an off-resonance excitation signal can be coupled into the antenna (16). Furthermore, a method of non-invasive measurement of biomolecules and a method of operating a vehicle are described.

  • Patent number: 7845271
Abstract: A food processing device comprises a paste reservoir, a feed pump and a flow divider. The flow divider is provided with outlets to four supply lines all of which receive a substantially equal supply of paste as a result of the operation of the flow divider. Each of the outlets is connected to a nozzle. A pair of knives is located ahead of the nozzles, each being provided with four apertures. The knives are provided with an actuating mechanism and a controller. Controller registers and controls operation of the meatball forming device and is electrically connected to the feed pump, to a servomotor and to a shaft encoder.
