  • Publication number: 20150010813
Abstract: A curved battery and manufacturing method thereof, includes the following steps: electroplating an electrode sheet, rolling said electrode sheet along its long side, first sealing, heating, pouring in electrolyte fluid, charging, vacuuming, second sealing, and shaping. Wherein, the electrode sheet is of a long strip shape, with its outside wrapped with separation film, to separate the positive electrode and negative electrode. While perform rolling, it is performed along its long side, to remove the stress that may occur after the product is produced. Then, sealing is performed by using films made of water resistant and heat resistant material for sealing at least three side edges. Pour in electrolyte fluid of LiPF6 in an overall temperature of 75 degrees. Afterwards, charging the electrolyte fluid, perform vacuuming, and perform second sealing. Finally, using heated tools to bend the half-finished battery into shape, to form a curved battery having uniform curvature.

  • Publication number: 20030144896
Abstract: A method and a system of demand fulfillment associated with available to promise (ATP) and capable to promise (CTP) are provided. The system of demand fulfillment comprises a memory and a processor coupled each other. The memory can store a forecast order model representing a customer and a product. The product uses a product demand module comprising a forecast value representing a forecasted amount booked by the customer. An allocated value represents a planned supply amount and a support value represents a shared amount. A processor is operable to compute for the product and the ATP for the product according to the CTP and the forecast value. The ATP comprises the allocated value and the support value. The process can adjust the support value according to the CTP and at least a business criterion, and fulfill a request confirmation according to the allocated value and the support value. The method executed associated with the system could reduce the cycle time of order confirmation.

  • Publication number: 20020169695
Abstract: A method of planning a production schedule by using a planning system, useful for a semiconductor foundry, is provided. When the sales order whose product needs to be subject to the backend process is entered, the planning system subtracts an available amount of the product in the warehouse from the demand of the sales order, and obtaining a balanced amount of the product which is still required. Then the system searches for the supplied amount of the product that can be provided from the foundry and the CTP capacity available for the backend process. The supplied amount is compared with the CTP capacity, and the smaller one is taken as the balanced amount of the product. The available amount of the product in the warehouse is added to the balanced amount of the product, obtaining a total amount of the product as the supply for the sales order.
