The elastic element includes a first rail positioned on the first supporting surface, a second rail positioned on the second supporting surface, a first sliding block slidably positioned on the first rail, a second sliding block slidably positioned on the second rail, a spring connected between the fixing surface and the second sliding block, and a connecting pole connected between the first and second sliding blocks. The loading block is positioned on the first sliding block and faces the resisting surface.
