    Abstract: A method for performing a sidelink transmission and a transmitting user equipment (UE) and a receiving UE using the same are provided. The method includes: detecting a resource pool for reserving a feedback resource, wherein the feedback resource is reserved according to a first occupied feedback resource and a second occupied feedback resource; transmitting a first signaling to the receiving UE; and receiving, from the receiving UE, a second signaling corresponding to the first signaling, wherein the second signaling is carried by the feedback resource.

    Abstract: The disclosure is directed to a radio resource sensing and selecting method used by a mobile device for wireless communication and a mobile device using the same. In an exemplary embodiment, the disclosure is directed to a resource sensing and selecting method used by a UE newly entering a network and operating under NR V2X mode 2. The method includes not limited to: receiving aperiodic data traffic; obtaining resource usage information of a resource pool before a first short-term window; determining collided UEs from the resource usage information; determining whether the collided UEs have sufficient resource units; selecting no resource within the first short-term window when the collided UEs lack sufficient resource units and waiting for a second short-term window; and selecting, in a random manner, an idle resource unit from the resource pool at the first short-term window when the collided UEs have sufficient resources.

The method would include not limited to: receiving an activation grant to perform SL communication; determining to modify the resource pool by changing from the first resource to a second resource of the resource pool in response to detecting a triggering condition; transmitting a first modification signal to modify from first resource to the second resource; receiving a modification grant to modify from the first resource to the second resource; and receiving a deactivation grant to terminate the SL communication.

    Abstract: A user equipment (UE) and its resource sensing and selection method adapted to a UE is provided. The resource sensing and selection method includes following steps. Channel statuses for all component carriers (CCs) are measured and obtained. Several candidate CCs are determined from all the CCs according to the measurement values of the channel statuses for all the CCs and a proximity-based service per-packet priority (PPPP) corresponding to the UE. At least one of the candidate CCs is selected as at least one selected usable CC, and a resource sensing and selection process is performed on the at least one selected usable CC.
