Abstract: The present invention provides an automatic car washing device and an automatic car washing method therefor. The automatic car washing device includes a guide rail device and a cleaning rack arranged on the guide rail device. The automatic car washing method includes: acquiring a car washing instruction, moving a cleaning rack to a corresponding cleaning position based on the car washing instruction, and opening a corresponding water sprayer and/or a corresponding car washing shampoo sprayer in sequence based on the car washing instruction, and keeping same operating for set cleaning duration, and keeping unopened water sprayers and/or car washing shampoo sprayers closed. The present invention solves a problem of a poor cleaning effect due to incapacity of a sprinkler of an existing automatic car washing device to produce enough spray pressure, improves diversity of car washing modes, and greatly reduces car washing costs.

Abstract: The present disclosure relates to a conveying track applied to an unattended tunnel type car washing machine. The conveying track includes a front conveying track section, a middle conveying track section, and a rear conveying track section, which are sequentially connected; where a transition roller is arranged between two adjacent conveying track sections; in each conveying track section, a track frame is used as an integral support on one separate side, and a chain plate formed by splicing a metal steel pipe and a chain is used as a rotary chain plate on one separate side; and two rotary chain plates are driven by a same driving reduction motor, and the driving reduction motor is in driving connection with the two rotary chain plates through a driving shaft. The present disclosure has higher strength and a lower cost.

Abstract: The present disclosure relates to a skirt brush mechanism with a novel structure. The skirt brush mechanism includes: a skirt brush, vertically arranged for brushing side surfaces of a vehicle; a swing arm with one end connected to a top of the skirt brush and the other end connected to a fixed connection bracket, and capable of rotating horizontally on the fixed connection bracket; a reduction motor, arranged on the swing arm and in driving connection with the top of the skirt brush to drive the skirt brush to rotate for brushing. The present disclosure can simplify conventional mounting and is not affected by part quality problems of cement floor sites.

Abstract: The present application relates to a side brush mechanism with a novel structure. The side brush mechanism includes a side brush mounting beam, mounted on a tunnel type car washing machine; a side brush assembly for brushing left and right sides of a vehicle; a side brush swing arm with one end rotatably connected to the side brush mounting beam and the other end rotatably connected to a reducer; the reducer in driving connection with the side brush assembly to drive the side brush assembly to rotate; a left-right skew actuator arranged between the side brush swing arm and the reducer and used for driving the reducer and the side brush assembly to swing vertically left and right to adjust a brushing angle.

Abstract: The present disclosure relates to a swinging spray device with a novel structure. The swinging spray device includes nozzles for swinging spray washing on a top and two sides of a vehicle; a reduction motor, mounted on a car washing machine and used for driving each nozzle to swing; a short connecting rod with one end in driving connection with the reduction motor through a rotating arm and the other end rotatably connected to a cross connecting rod and an upper swing arm respectively, where the other end of the upper swing arm is connected to the nozzle, and the upper swing arm is mounted on the car washing machine through a swing assembly.
