  • Publication number: 20140265176
Abstract: An adjustable roller skate includes an adjustable sole assembly, a lock, a cover assembly and a wheel assembly. The adjustable sole assembly includes a rear sole and a front sole. The rear sole is formed with a transverse wall. The front sole includes a longitudinal bar extending from a rear end thereof and a transverse bar extending from the longitudinal bar. When the front sole is moved far enough from the rear sole, the transverse bar abuts the transverse wall to prevent excessive movement of the front sole from the rear sole. The lock is used to lock the front sole in a desired position relative to the rear sole. The cover assembly includes a heel cover formed on the rear sole and a toe cover formed on the front sole. The wheel assembly includes a chassis connected to the rear sole and wheels connected to the chassis.

  • Publication number: 20090058175
Abstract: A wheel for an in-line skate has a hub and a tire. The hub has an inner segment, multiple flat spokes and an outer segment. The inner segment is annular and has a center, an external surface and an axle hole. The axle hole is formed through the center of the inner segment. The flat spokes are formed on and protrude radially from the external surface of the inner segment and each flat spoke is X-shaped and has two fins. The adjacent flat spokes may be arranged with a lateral deviation. The outer segment is connected to the flat spokes and is concentrically mounted relative to the hub. The tire is formed as a signal piece around the outer segment of the hub. Therefore, the wheel is lighter and improves shock absorption of the wheel.

  • Publication number: 20080266838
Abstract: An illuminated helmet has a body, an illuminating device and a shell. The body is plastic foam and has an outer surface. The illuminating device is mounted on the outer surface of the body and has a flexible ribbon cable, multiple LEDs, a battery cartridge, and a switch. The switch is mounted on the body and is connected with the multiple LEDs and the battery cartridge by using the flexible ribbon cable. The shell is a plastic sheet and has an inner surface. The ribbon cable is flexible and thin, allowing the ribbon cable to be mounted smoothly on the outer surface of the body without breaking so the shell caps the body well and will not break.
