    Abstract: Embodiments of the present disclosure provide a data transmission method, an apparatus, and an equipment, wherein the method includes: a media access control (MAC) layer of the user equipment submits the first data packet to the physical layer of the user equipment and starts the configured grant timer (CGT) and/or the configured grant retransmission timer (CGRT), in a case that the transmission of the first data packet is stopped at the physical layer of the user equipment is identified, the MAC layer of the user equipment stops the CGT and/or CGRT, and transmits the first data packet after stopping CGT and/or CGRT. In the present disclosure, the CGT and/or CGRT is closed and the data continues to be transmitted in a case that the data transmission is stopped, which can complete the data transmission in advance, and save the time delay of data transmission.
