A bowed spring is disposed between the handle ends and includes split sleeve portions engaged with and extending at least partially about and anchored relative to the handle ends against longitudinal displacement relative thereto and a locking sleeve is removably telescoped over the handle ends to releasably retain the latter against swinging movement away from each other.
